• How would you describe your style?
    • We document the human experience in an authentic way. We strive to focus on the real moments and the moments between moments that are the most special, subtle and fleeting. We do not spend your wedding day recreating Pinterest poses because that’s not who you are. We want you to be yourselves and we will do the rest. We spend the wedding day with you while being as unobtrusive as possible… much like a sneaky ninja.
  • Do you always work together?
    • We do! This is one of the things that we feel is so special about us. While many photographers will provide a second shooter for your wedding, that person it isn’t always the yin to their yang. When you hire us, you get to know both of us and you know that we are the two photographers you will have on your wedding day. For some other jobs such as commercial work, it is possible that Adam will be shooting while Kim is at home catching up on the administrative side of things.
  • Do you only shoot weddings?
    • Nope! We shoot a fair amount of different types of things such as concerts and commercial work. Shoot us an email! We’re always up for a new adventure.
  • What are your wedding packages and prices?
    • Please contact us for packages and pricing information.
  • How many final images will I receive from my session or wedding?
    •  For a wedding, you can expect to receive about 800-1000 final images. For an engagement or portrait session, you will receive about 100-150 final images.
  • Do you suggest a First Look?
    • Yes. We are big fans of the first look because it provides an intimate moment with your soon-to-be spouse which is tends to calm any nerves and is great for pictures. At the end of the day this is your decision… some people would rather keep with the tradition of not seeing your soon to be husband or wife until the ceremony.
  • Are you available for travel?
    • YES! We love to travel and both have passports that are ready to get some more stamps in them! We would love to discuss this further. For destination weddings, once we receive more information we will provide you a travel quote along with a quote for the wedding services.
  • Will there be a contract provided?
    • Of course. This is for your protection and ours.
  • What is the process for booking a wedding date with you?
    • First of all let’s start talking! Once we get to know each other a little more and decide if it’s a good match, we will work though some details of the day and settle on a price together. From there we provide you with a contract and ask for a 25% non-refundable retainer for your wedding day. Once that is done we’re yours for the day!
  • Do you have insurance?
    • Yes. We carry a 1 million dollar liability policy. If your venue requires proof of this we can get a certificate for them.
  • Should my event last longer than scheduled will you stay? Is there an extra charge?
    • If your event is still going strong when we are scheduled to finish shooting and you’d like us to stay we would be more than happy to. The price for our extended services is at a rate of $300/hour and will be invoiced after the wedding. We ask that you designate a person to make this decision approximately 30 min – 1 hour before our scheduled departure time.
  • Will you work in the rain?
    • You bet! We are prepared to work in the rain and actually find that rain can make for great photos.
  • What will you wear?
    • We dress comfortably but professionally.
  • How long after the event will the photos be ready?
    • Your photos will be ready via digital download in a private password protected gallery approximately 5-8 weeks after your wedding. We will share some of our favorites before that via social media if you don’t mind.
  • Will you have any other jobs on our wedding date?
    • Nope. This day is dedicated to you.

    • Digital.

  • What sorts of backups do you have?
    • Our cameras record to multiple cards simultaneously. Immediately after the wedding, all images are backed up to multiple external hard drives which are then stored in a fireproof safe until your images are completed and delivered. We will then keep your final images archived to a cloud based server for at least two years.
  • Does the photographer own the rights to the images?
    • Yes, but we provide our clients with a print release for all personal use of the images of their wedding. These images cannot be used for commercial or advertising. For commercial work please contact us.
